A $30 fee will be applied for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.</span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: &quot;Nunito Sans&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif"><strong>Surgery Deposit Policy:</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: &quot;Nunito Sans&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, Lucida, sans-serif">A $100 deposit is required to reserve a surgical appointment. This deposit will be applied to your pet's surgery invoice.</span></p><p>Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule in order to receive a full refund or transfer of the deposit. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.</p><p></p><p><strong>Written Prescription Fee Policy: </strong><br>We charge a $6.99 daily fee for written or faxed prescription requests. This fee helps cover the time required for our doctors and medical team to review records and process prescriptions.</p><p></p><p><strong>New Client Deposit Policy:</strong></p><p>A deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients at Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital. Deposit amounts are $80 for a standard exam, $90 for an exotic pet exam, and $30 for a vaccine-only visit. This deposit is applied to your total at the time of your appointment.</p><p></p>
